A great Sonberian Riesling with everything that goes with it. Our flagship dry wine is characterised by its acidity and nowadays also its ripeness. The wine has a rich straw yellow colour with golden highlights. On the nose, you will discover wonderfully fruity notes, with ripe peaches and dried pineapple predominating, with a little lime blossom. Riesling Mitrbek 2022

The first Riesling from the beautiful Mitrberk vineyard in the Great Sonberk series. It has a sparkling golden colour, the nose is refreshing, spicy, and citrusy with hints of acacia honey, white peach and lime blossom. It is reminiscent of a fruity flavour with a strong accent of compote apricot. Expect the finish to be balanced and long, the nice residual sugar corresponds beautifully with the zesty acidity and gives this wine great future ageing potential.

A big Riesling, dry, mineral with great ageing potential. Its golden yellow colour with a light yellow rim is enticing. On the nose, you will detect notes of fresh apricot, lime blossom and orange peel. In the mouth, the flavour is lively and delicate, with a touch of apricot pie with cheesecake crumble, lime zest and a hint of honey. The finish is juicy, elegant and lingering.

The Riesling in the silver version offers a rather lighter, fresher version of the Grand Sonberg. Aromas of citrus and lime blossom with a touch of dried apricots will attract you. The palate is rich and juicy with a refreshing finish of lime zest.

National Wine Competition - Gold Medal

We picked the grapes by hand into small boxes early in the morning in the cold to preserve the best possible aroma. The must has been pasteurized during bottling so that it does not ferment in the bottles and stays fresh for a long time. The must is non-filtered and it is not chemically stabilized. Bottled within 24 hours of collection, without the addition of sulfur dioxide. The winemaker recommends mixing before opening the bottle.

The only vinegar of its kind on the Czech market with hints of the aroma of balsamic vinegar. It is made by a traditional fermentation process from quality wine.

Exclusive wine jelly made of Pálava. You will use it mainly as a dip for distinctive hard cheeses of the Parmesan type.

Under the branches of apricot and walnut trees, in close proximity to the almond and aspen trees, surrounded by the Sonberk vineyard, there are several colourful beehives. This is where the bees live, whose honey, prepared only by gentle grazing, is offered to you.

Distilled spirit from unsweetened grape skins of the aromatic variety Pálava. We harvested the Pálava grapes by hand, pressed them into wine, and then gently processed their peels carefully processed to this high-quality spirit.

According to the Act 307/2013 Coll. on compulsory labelling of alcohol, the company may use the following. Sonberk as a licensed seller of potable alcohol sells these spirits to final consumers.

In 2020, only a few apricots were ripe...One by one were collected and then made into apricot brandy, which will give you courage in moments when the wine is not enough!

This limited edition was distilled in a local distillery and has 42 vol. percent alcohol, only 75 bottles were created.

After 12 years of vine growth, this vineyard has given us beautiful grapes of high quality that begged to think about a new wine in our range. The wine developed very well from the first months in tank and appeared to be the best Riesling from our cellar. We were wondering how to accommodate this wine and decided to add a dry Riesling to the drier VOC Riesling, a dry Riesling with around 8 grams of residual sugar. This made the wine more robust, and gave it a wonderful fruitiness and fullness. For me, an interesting addition to our range that makes me very happy."

You have never seen or drunk such NFT! A sensual shard with a unique number on each bottle and a peel-off celebrity Mika on the label.

Cuvée of Burgundian varieties composed of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot gris. The wines were aged in French barrique barrels from the famous cooper Francois Fréres.

"I see Riesling Ipsus as something special and unique, both in quality and in the fact that it is the first and probably the last semi-sweet Riesling in Sonberg's history. It is a unique wine of the 2021 vintage, which has been in our tank for a long time and all the time I have perceived its uniqueness. We thought for a long time whether to break the taboo that Sonberk does not make semi-sweet wines, especially Riesling out of conviction. However, Ipsus is truly exceptional and I think of it as a kind of child of mine. A characterful wine similar in style to the Mosel Spätlese Rieslings. Intense flavours, wonderful honeyedness and incredible potential for the future. The wine has polished beautifully and is ready to drink. However, I look forward to seeing it take on beautiful diesel notes and gain even more elegance and finesse."

Riesling 2015 VOC: Extractive Riesling from an excellent vintage. The aroma is wonderfully fruity, accompanied by tones of linden blossom and honey. The taste is full of a strong hint of dried apricots and honey, accompanied by wonderful spiciness, fine minerality, and a long juicy aftertaste.

Sparkling golden colour, the aroma is refreshing, spicy, citrusy, with hints of acacia honey, white peach and lime blossom. The palate is pleasantly round, fruity, with a distinct accent of compote apricot. The finish is balanced and long, the pleasant residual sugar corresponds beautifully with the zesty acidity and gives this wine great potential for future ageing.
