This is a limited edition of spring almonds harvested from our almond trees surrounding the winery. These unripe, green almonds, still without a woody shell, require meticulous preparation: each one is pierced, stripped of its fuzzy skin, and only then placed in jars filled with a delicate sweet-and-sour brine.
The brine preserves the unique almond flavor, which faintly resembles the taste of white peaches.
