The color is distinctly golden yellow, with a pronounced fruity aroma featuring hints of delicate linden and golden delicious apple. The taste is juicy, fruity, with a strong honeyed note.
"The first Riesling from the beautiful Mitrberk vineyard in our Great Sonberk range. After 12 years of vine growth, this vineyard has given us beautiful grapes of high quality that begged to think about a new wine in our range. The wine developed very well from the first months in tank and appeared to be the best Riesling from our cellar. We were wondering how to accommodate this wine and decided to add a dry Riesling to the drier VOC Riesling, a dry Riesling with around 8 grams of residual sugar. This made the wine more robust, and gave it a wonderful fruitiness and fullness. For me, an interesting addition to our range that makes me very happy."
