Outside, the spring is knocking on the door and that’s the moment, when everyone starts to look forward to summer, holiday and many great summer evenings and pleasant events. We think immodestly that one of them is our own Sonberk summer festival.
In his preparations, we have once again tried to select artists for each age and genre, so judge yourself how we did it. We start on Friday, July 5, when our famous siblings Hana and Petr Ulrych and Javory Beat will visit us. "We are delighted that this year , when the siblings celebrate an important anniversary with them, "says our marketing director, Dáša Fialová.
Two weeks after their visit, July 19,Ondřej Trojan and his spouse will come to us once again, who, after last year's successful performance of Toman, will come to the talk about the Czech film industry. Martin "Kudla" Kudlička, from Radio Beat, and the founding member of the Lidopop and Zadac groups in Brno, will play in addition.
Summer festival will continue on Friday, August 2, with guest Jarda Dušek, who is coming to Sonberk for the third time. As in the previous visits, we can also look forward to the interesting stories and charm of the performance of his exceptional personality this year. The musical accompaniment will be provided by Dáša Ubrová with her trio, which also provides for Sonberk this year's, the fourth year of the summer program.
On Friday, August 16, an alternative to the Jananas band will be made to change by the choice of our winemaker Oldřich Drápal.
If Jananas are more easy going, then on August 30th, we will welcome Sonberk to the owner of one of the most famous Czech voices of Kamil Střihavka together with The Leaders acoustic band and we will enjoy their concert in acoustic presentation.
Then we will give you three weeks of pause and then we will say goodbye on Friday 20th September with dancing and singing along with Kanci paní Nadlesní.
